Driver SMS Terms

Program: ONRAMP Driver Fueling Codes, operated by Onramp Payments, Inc.

These terms govern the ONRAMP Driver Fueling Codes text message program. This is a non-marketing, driver-initiated program. It texts a driver, at that driver’s own request, the one-time fueling code for a transaction that driver just started, together with the steps to enter that code at the fuel stop. It does not send marketing or promotional messages, and it is a separate program from ONRAMP Account & Support Messaging.

What you can expect

One text per request. Each message holds the one-time fueling code for the transaction you started and the entry steps for that fuel stop. Codes are single use. ONRAMP will never text you asking for your code, your password, or your payment details, and no ONRAMP employee will ever ask you to forward a code.

How to opt in

• Enter your mobile number on the driver SMS opt-in page, tick the consent box and send the request. A representative confirms your number and the consent language with you before enabling it.
• Ask an ONRAMP support representative to enable it during a support call, which we log in our records.
• A Text me my code button is being added to the ONRAMP driver app, with this same consent language and the same record.

Text messaging is optional and is not required to fuel with ONRAMP. Your fueling code is always shown on screen in the app whether or not you opt in. The consent checkbox is unchecked by default.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies and tracks how often you ask for a code. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt out (STOP) and help (HELP)

Reply STOP to any ONRAMP message to opt out at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages unless you opt back in by replying START. Opting out stops the texts and does not affect your ability to fuel: the code stays on screen in the app. Reply HELP for help, or email support@onrampmerchants.com.

Privacy

Your information is handled per the ONRAMP Privacy Policy. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared, sold, rented, or otherwise disclosed by us to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Supported carriers

AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and other major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Sample messages

• ONRAMP fueling code: 1234567. Press the app code button at the pump, then enter this code. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
• ONRAMP fueling code: 1234567. At the start code screen enter 98123, then enter 1234567 at the PO number prompt. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
• ONRAMP fueling code: 1234567. Enter this code at the pump to begin fueling. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
