Terms of Use
Effective October 24, 2026
These Terms of Use (these “Terms”) govern your use of onrampfleet.com and the other websites that link to these Terms (the “Website”), the ONRAMP FuelPay mobile app (the “App”), the ONRAMP rewards program (the “Rewards Program”), and the related services we provide to drivers and visitors (together, the “Services”). The Services are provided by Onramp Payments, Inc. (“ONRAMP,” “we,” “us” or “our”).
By creating an account, signing in, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Who may use the Services
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. The App and the Rewards Program are offered in the United States only.
2. Carriers, drivers and other agreements
- ONRAMP accounts for fuel and other purchases are opened by fleets and other businesses (“Carriers”), under a written agreement between the Carrier and ONRAMP, such as the ONRAMP Carrier Terms and Conditions (a “Carrier Agreement”). A Carrier decides who may use its account (each, an “Account User”), what each Account User may buy, and where.
- If you use the App as an Account User for a Carrier, you use it on the Carrier’s behalf and within the limits the Carrier sets. Purchases you make are charged to the Carrier’s account under the Carrier Agreement. Questions about which purchases you may make belong with your Carrier.
- Merchants that accept ONRAMP do so under separate agreements with ONRAMP. The merchant sells the fuel and other goods and services you buy, and is responsible for them.
- If these Terms conflict with a Carrier Agreement, the Carrier Agreement controls as between ONRAMP and the Carrier. These Terms govern your personal use of the Services. They do not change a Carrier Agreement, and they do not authorize any payment from your bank account or card.
- A dispute about a charge to a Carrier’s account is between the Carrier and ONRAMP, and is resolved under the Carrier Agreement. Section 15 covers other disputes between you and ONRAMP.
3. Your account and security
- Give us accurate information and keep it current.
- Keep your password, PIN, driver identification number (DIN), one-time codes and device secure, and do not share them.
- If you believe your account, PIN or device has been used without permission, contact us right away at (888) 835-4498 or [email protected], and tell your Carrier.
- We may suspend or limit an account, decline a transaction, or ask you to verify your identity, to prevent fraud or misuse, to follow a Carrier’s instructions, or to comply with the law.
4. Paying with the App
- You may use the App only for purchases your Carrier has authorized, and only for business purposes. Purchases of lottery tickets, gift cards, prepaid cards and other cash equivalents are not allowed.
- A transaction may be declined because of your Carrier’s controls, available credit, a merchant’s systems, a network problem or fraud checks. We do not guarantee that any merchant, pump or site will accept a transaction at a given time.
- Prices, discounts and site information shown in the App come from merchants and other sources, can change, and may not be current. The price you pay is the price the merchant charges at the time of purchase, less any discount that applies.
- Questions about a charge should go to your Carrier, which can raise a dispute with us under the Carrier Agreement. You can also contact our support team.
5. Safety and location
- Do not use the App while driving. Federal rules restrict the use of hand-held phones by drivers of commercial motor vehicles. Use the App only when your vehicle is safely stopped, and follow all traffic, safety and fueling rules and the instructions of the site.
- The App uses your device’s location, with your permission, to show nearby sites, to confirm you are at the site and pump you selected, and to help prevent fraud. You can turn location access off in your device settings, but some features, including paying at the pump, may not work without it.
- Maps, routes and site details are provided for convenience and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for your route and for following the law.
6. Rewards Program
- If the Rewards Program is available to you, you may earn rewards as described in the App or in program materials. Rewards have no cash value unless we say otherwise, cannot be sold or transferred, and are void where prohibited or restricted by law.
- We may change or end the Rewards Program, or the way rewards are earned or redeemed, with notice where the law requires it. We may cancel rewards earned through fraud, error or a breach of these Terms. You are responsible for any taxes on rewards you receive.
- The Privacy Policy describes the information the Rewards Program uses.
7. Messages from ONRAMP
- We may send you account, transaction, security and service messages by email, push notification or in the App. You can manage push notifications in your device settings.
- Text messages are sent only if you opt in, under our SMS Terms. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
- You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the email.
- You agree that we may provide these Terms, notices and other records to you electronically, and that your electronic acceptance has the same effect as a signature. To receive and keep them you need a device with a current web browser or the App, an email account, and the ability to print or save a page. You can print or save these Terms from this page. To get a free paper copy of these Terms or a notice, or to stop receiving records electronically, email [email protected]; if you stop, we may need to end your use of the App, because it works only electronically.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Services for fraud, or for any purchase your Carrier has not authorized;
- access, or try to access, another person’s account or information;
- use bots, scrapers or other automated means to access or copy the Services;
- probe, scan or test the security of the Services, or bypass any security measure;
- interfere with the Services, or upload malicious code;
- copy, modify, reverse engineer or create derivative works of the App, except to the extent the law allows it despite this restriction; or
- use the Services to break the law or to infringe anyone’s rights.
9. License and ownership
Subject to these Terms, ONRAMP grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on a device you own or control, including any Apple-branded product you own or control as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, and to use the Website, for their intended purposes. ONRAMP and its licensors own the Services, including the software, content, trademarks and logos. These Terms do not give you any other rights. If you send us suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.
10. App stores
- If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play, these Terms are between you and ONRAMP only, and Apple and Google are not parties to them. ONRAMP is responsible for the App, its maintenance and support, and any claims relating to it, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to meet a legal or regulatory requirement, consumer protection claims, and claims that the App infringes someone’s intellectual property.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. If the App fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any, for the App; to the maximum extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the App.
- You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Your use of the App must also comply with the app store’s terms.
11. Third-party services
The Services may link to or use services operated by others, such as mapping providers, banks, payment processors and app stores. Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of those services, and ONRAMP is not responsible for them.
12. Disclaimers
TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” AND ONRAMP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR FREE OF ERRORS, OR THAT ANY SITE OR PUMP WILL BE AVAILABLE. Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
13. Limits of liability
TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, ONRAMP AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND LICENSORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA OR LOST TIME, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS, AND THEIR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID ONRAMP TO USE THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. These limits apply whatever the legal theory, and even if we were told such damages were possible. They do not limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that applicable law does not allow to be limited.
14. Indemnity
To the extent the law allows, you agree to indemnify ONRAMP against third-party claims, and related losses and reasonable costs, arising from your fraud, your willful misuse of the Services or your violation of the law. This Section does not apply to the extent a claim results from negligence or misconduct by ONRAMP.
15. Resolving disputes
- Talk to us first. Before starting a court case, please send us a written notice describing the problem and what you are asking for, and give us 60 days to try to resolve it with you. Send it to [email protected] with “Legal Notice” in the subject line, or to the address in Section 19. Time limits for bringing a claim are paused during these 60 days.
- Carrier accounts. A dispute about a charge to a Carrier’s account is handled under the Carrier Agreement, as Section 2 explains.
16. Governing law and courts
These Terms are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law rules, except that the consumer protection laws of the state where you live still apply to you where they cannot be waived. You may bring a claim in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, in the courts of the county where you live, or in small claims court if it qualifies, and you and ONRAMP consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
17. Ending your use and deleting your account
You may stop using the Services at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account at onrampfleet.com/delete-account. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, if your Carrier ends your authorization or its account, or if we stop offering a Service. Sections 2 and 8 through 18 continue to apply after your access ends.
18. Changes and general terms
- We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will tell you in the App, by email or on the Website before it takes effect. Updated Terms apply going forward from their effective date. If you keep using the Services after that date, you accept the updated Terms.
- If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Not enforcing a part of these Terms is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer these Terms; ONRAMP may transfer them to an affiliate or to a successor to its business. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and any terms referenced here are the entire agreement between you and ONRAMP about the Services.
